Good news, the shoulder pain has resolved and I have been able to resume all of my exercises! I did start out with using a chair for pull-ups for the first few times (one foot on the chair to decrease some of my body weight). It feels great to be able to do everything that I want to without pain, but I have gotten better because I backed off, modified exercises and did my rehab (stretching and exercises). I am so close to the end of the program, it is very exciting! 3 more weeks!
