Parisa is a Registered Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with distinction and a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy, both from the University of Alberta.
She has worked in a wide range of practice areas including acute psychiatry, hand therapy, palliative care, oncology, geriatrics, paediatrics and special needs. She has conducted research in disability studies with an interest in neurodevelopmental disorders. As a therapist, her goal is to cultivate a holistic, creative, and evidence-based treatment experience for her clients. She looks forward to helping you reach your functional goals through person centered and collaborative approaches.
In her free time, Parisa enjoys spending time with her family, playing squash and hockey, as well as frequenting the Castrol race track.
