Combining the knowledge of anatomy trains with Thomas Hannah somatics she teaches her clients to understand the connection between mind and body. Reprogramming the nerves away from chronic stress, holds, and tension, towards a more fluid existence.

One of her strongest attributes is encouragement. Celebrating mile stones or small victories. As much as she focuses on the anatomy, she always seeks to understand how her clients are functioning on a day to day and listen to their needs. Such as being able to wake up without pain. Getting out of bed without a back spasm. Being able to turn their head to shoulder check while driving. Small mundane tasks shouldn’t be painful. Book in with her to see how she can help you navigate the small things so you may enjoy the big things again!
