Jordan Fernandes, RMT

Jordan Fernandes is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of MacEwan University’s 2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma Program, where he completed his studies with First Class Standing. His practice is guided by a client centered and evidence-informed approach, with a strong emphasis on restoring physical function, reducing discomfort, and enhancing overall well-being.
Jordan offers a well-rounded skill set that includes relaxation massage, treatment of fascial restrictions, and functional improvement through exercise therapy. He tailors each treatment to the individual, whether they are managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, addressing postural imbalances, or looking to reduce stress and support general health.
Alongside his clinical training, Jordan brings a lifelong passion for movement and performance. He is a 3rd degree black belt and former martial arts instructor, as well as an avid basketball player, runner, and fitness enthusiast. His athletic background gives him a comprehensive understanding of injury recovery, physical performance, and body awareness, insights he draws on to better support his clients’ goals.
Each session with Jordan is focused, intentional, and responsive to the client’s progress over time. In addition to hands-on care, he provides education and self-care strategies to help clients stay active and engaged in their long-term wellness. Jordan is committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their recovery.
Whether someone is seeking deep relaxation or targeted therapeutic care, his goal is to support their health journey—one step at a time.
