Natasha Stelmach, R.Psych. (Prov.)
Natasha is a Registered Provisional Psychologist and holds a Bachelor Of Arts in Psychology from Concordia University in Edmonton and a Master's in Counselling from City University of Seattle. Committed to professional growth, she has pursued specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, reflecting her dedication to providing current, effective therapeutic interventions while creating a safe non-judgmental space with her clients while using integrative, evidence-based approaches tailored to their goals and pace. Natasha chose to pursue Psychology because of her passion for understanding people's inner experiences. As an empathetic person, she is committed to understanding people on a more emotional level.
Growing up, Natasha participated in competitive dancing and was the captain of her flag football team.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her Husband and two dogs. Natasha also enjoys travelling and does Yoga in her spare time.
