Angusamy Ramadurai, PT
Angusamy Ramadurai is a registered physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience in patient management. He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, India, in 1998 and later earned a Master of Physiotherapy from Hamdard University, New Delhi, India, in 2005. He is also trained and certified in Biomedical Dry Needling.
Angusamy has worked in India, Botswana, and Canada, gaining valuable experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide variety of patients, including those with musculoskeletal issues, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and post-surgery rehabilitation. He employs various therapeutic techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and dry needling, to help patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
In addition to his clinical expertise, he has held prominent leadership roles at Botswana’s provincial hospital as a deputy manager, where he effectively managed physiotherapy departments and ensured the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Angusamy has also played an important role in education by providing instruction and mentorship to students at educational institutions in India. He has supported students with their research projects and guided them in clinical practice.
