Sourav Pal, PT, BPT

Sourav Pal is a Registered Physiotherapist licensed with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta. With over 14 years of clinical experience in both hospital and private practice settings, he is passionate about helping patients recover from injury, restore movement, and achieve their functional goals through evidence-based, individualized care.
He has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiothoracic conditions. His clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, neck and back pain, post-operative rehabilitation, work-related injuries (WCB), and motor vehicle accident (MVA) rehabilitation. Sourav believes that combining manual therapy, patient education, and personalized exercise programs leads to the best long-term outcomes.
His treatment approach incorporates a range of evidence-based techniques, including Dry Needling (Levels 1 and 2), the Mulligan Concept, the McKenzie Method, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, and therapeutic exercise. He is currently pursuing advanced certification in Manual Therapy and Acupuncture to further expand his clinical expertise and provide the highest standard of patient care.
Fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi, Sourav enjoys working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and is committed to creating a welcoming, compassionate, and supportive environment where every patient feels heard and empowered throughout their recovery.
Outside the clinic, Sourav enjoys spending time with his family and exploring Alberta’s lakes and rivers through his passion for fishing.
