Edmonton FunRun for OutRun Rare

On August 1/2018 at 7pm Edmonton and it’s amazing community of runners, walkers and the like will come together to support an incredible cause.

Take Roots Consulting & Active Physio Works in Edmonton have partnered to support Dave Proctor on his epic journey as he runs across Canada in 66 days. His record breaking run averaging 100+kms daily began on June 27. 2018 and continues to move toward Eastern Canada. The run will support the Rare Disease Foundation to raise awareness and research dollars for all children including Dave’s son Sam.

1. We will do a potluck style picnic afterwards! Bring something to share, we will be near 100 registered and hopefully more!
2. We will meet on the Hawrelak side of the footbridge by the parking lots in the open area- see picture in discussion!
3. THERE IS AN ORANGE DRESSCODE, prizes included!!

$20 per registration and $20 for a tshirt ($10 off with Fun Run Registration) AND be sure to add an extra donation to top it off!! Children 10 and under are FREE!

The first 50 registered will be entered to win a Swiftwick Sock and Honey Stinger package!!! 2 draws will be made!
