Active Physio Works Servus Place - Clinic Access

As Active Physio Works and Lifemark is an essential service, we are not part of the Restrictions Exemption Program in Alberta.
Patients arriving at our Servus Place clinic will not be required to show proof of vaccination. Patients are able to proceed directly to the clinic from the nearest Servus Place west entrance without going through the Servus Place screening. The clinic will continue to support the safety of our patients and staff through the ongoing use of our screening, masking, social distancing and cleaning protocols as we have throughout the pandemic.
Patients who wish to use the facilities at Servus Place after leaving our clinic will have to go outside and enter through the screening at that time.
