Exercises for the SI Joint (Video)

This series of exercises is designed to help the SI joint of the lower back.
Hold each exercise for 5 seconds and then repeat the series 3-4 times.
These can be used for anyone experiencing low back pain as a first line of defense.
These exercises are also well researched for the pregnant population and can be done throughout pregnancy.
