Last week began my return to hot yoga. For some reason it is always the thing that if I am tight for time during the week I skip. This is frustrating for me since, I always feel stronger and faster during training when I incorporate it into my training.
Yoga, has many advantages. Although most people think of flexibility and stretching, when it comes to a yoga class. I think there is a little more to it. I think it helps you recognize the imbalances that your body has (tightness or weakness), and works to improve and even out the discrepancies in our strength and flexibility.
